資料は、店とのチャット、警察に提出していた文書と Facebook によるChatだけです。

私の資料としては、店とのチャット、それとLazadaが警察に提出した文書と Facebook による一方的な通知、送金のChatだけです。

私の質問には一切答えません。

これでは確認のしようがありませんが、これが事実だと思っています。

The only documents I have are the chat with the store, the documents Lazada submitted to the police, the one-sided Facebook notification, and the money transfer chat. 

Doesn't answer any of my questions.

 I have no way of confirming this, but I believe this to be the case.
