第1回の返品の拒否の理由は、間違いない製品。

最初にカタログと違う商品を送った理由は、カタログを見ないで非対応製品を送ったと言う事実。

Lazadaの認識は、間違いです。

クレーム対象は、製品Red mi10の事ではなく、機能 NFC の有無がです。

店の情報と2021年12月17日の謝罪文では事実確認はできません。lazadaは、何を調べたのですか。

私たちが確認したように、あなたは間違った商品を受け取ったという理由でこの商品を返品しました。商品は明らかに同じですが、NFCが原因で返品したと私たちに伝えたので、返品の理由は商品が広告と一致しないことであるはずです。 QC チームがこれについて詳しく知ることになり、それが QC チームが返品商品を拒否する理由です。

ここで重要なのはQC チームが返品拒否の理由を書いています。

これはカタログと商品は違っていますのでQCチームの間違いです。
