❌ クレオは間違った商品で許可をする。が、店に、追随して受け取りを拒否した。

❌ 店は、初めから 返品不可。35日間拒否。

❌ 弁護士は、間違いのない商品なので返品要求を拒否した

❌ QC チーム は、広告と商品が不一致していないので 返品 受け取りを拒否した

❌ Xiaomiは、ポリシ－違反！バウチャーを無断送信。

12/17の店の謝罪Chatは、”誤報ですみません”。クレ－ムの謝罪ではないことが判明。

Lazadaは、このChatの内容を基に、客の同意なしに一方的にクレーム処理をした。ポリシ－違反だ！

原因は、”誤報”を送ったのではない。 ”間違った商品を届けた” です。故に 全ての処理が間違っているということです。私の質問に答えないで、沈黙、無視、拒否でやり過そうとしている。コンプライアンスは、どうなっている！

以上の事柄は全て証明できます。 しかし 問題はこのグループに質問状を送っていますが無視され 回答を拒否されています、 ですので、 相手の確認は取れていません 。小委員会で、Lazadaに 質問状を渡し、15日後には必ず報告するという約束をしていますが、 未だ 守られていません。

The store's apology chat on 12/17 was, "We apologize for the misinformation." It turned out that this was not an apology for the complaint.

Lazada unilaterally processed complaints based on the content of this chat without the customer's consent. It's a policy violation!

The cause was not that they sent a "false alarm." "The wrong product was delivered." Therefore, all processing is wrong. Instead of answering my questions, you try to get away with silence, ignoring, or denying them. What's going on with compliance?

All of the above can be proven. However, the problem is that I have sent a questionnaire to this group, but it has been ignored and refused to respond, so I have no way of getting confirmation from the other party. At the subcommittee meeting, we handed over a letter of inquiry to Lazada and promised to report back within 15 days, but this has yet to be kept.
