なぜ35日かからなければ12月17日の文が書けなかったのかの説明要求しています。
それが2月1日に一方的通知送金で解決を図ろうとしています。
最近わかったことですが、バウチャーを私の財布に入れたのは、Lazadaではなく、Xiaomi でした。TH ストアは、この時期、私と交渉中。Lazadaは、私のところは関係ないと言い切っております。

I am requesting an explanation why I could not write the sentence on December 17th unless it took 35 days.

new facts have emerged
I recently found out that it was Xiaomi, not Lazada, that put the voucher in my wallet. TH store is negotiating with me at this time. Lazada categorically states that it has nothing to do with me.
