私は、カタログ（NFC 付き）を見て注文。店はカタログを見ないで在庫品（非 NFC）を送った。当然、返品する、しかし、拒否された。

第1回返品ルールを使うが拒否されました。これはラザダのミスであります。製品の問題ではなく機能 NFC がついているか否かの問題であります。このことを理解していないのが一番の原因です。このことがありましたので、次からはこの処理の問題になります。私の許可なしにバウチャーを送ることはできません。

I ordered by looking at the catalog (with NFC). The store sent a stock item (non-NFC) without looking at the catalog. Of course I will return it, but it was refused.

Rejected using the 1st return rule. This is Lazada's mistake. It's not a product problem, it's a problem of whether or not the function NFC is attached. Not understanding this is the main reason. Since this has happened, the problem will be this processing from now on. You cannot send vouchers without my permission.
