弁護士から2月1日に一方的に通知があり、私の財布にバウチャーが追加されました。しかし、私は当時、店と別紙のチャットを通じて交渉中でした。これはダブルスタンダードではないでしょうか。また、このバウチャーはラザダではなくXiaomiから送られたことが判明しました。クレーム処理は最終的にLazadaが結論を出しますが、返金もそうです。これは違反ではないでしょうか。Xiaomiがバウチャーを送ったことは、Lazadaのポリシー違反ではないでしょうか。
