ではなぜクレオは OK を出したのでしょうか、 ここが空白期間 (chat)！新疑問点！

クレオが間違った商品ということで返品 OK の許可をくれました。

しかし返品拒否した。

最終的に店が判断していますと、

いうことは cleo もカタログを見ていない！（これは考えられない。最終的に店が判断）

ではなぜクレオは OK を出したのでしょうか、

ここが空白期間！疑問点！

第1回返品ルールを使いましたが、拒否されました。

これは返品拒否することは、できません

この日までは、通常の返品・交換でありましたが、拒否したことで、以降は、クレームの処理の問題に変更になります。

Cleo gave me permission to return the item because it was the wrong item.

but refused to return it.

I used the 1st return policy and it was rejected. 

It is not possible to refuse returns.
